1General Terms & Applicability

Bet Acceptance & Rejection

• GT99App reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• In-play betting accepts wagers after an event has started, up to a designated cut-off point.
• Bets accepted due to a system error may also be voided.

Bet Settlement

After an event concludes, GT99App settles bets based on the official result. Settlement rules are as follows:

• If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• If an event is incomplete (less than 90% played), the bet may be voided.
• In cricket, if the Duckworth-Lewis method applies, bets will be settled accordingly.
• In the event of a dispute over results, GT99App's decision is final.

Maximum Win Limit

GT99App sets a maximum payout limit for each bet and event. These limits may vary by betting category and are subject to change without prior notice.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

GT99App regularly provides various bonuses and promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below, though each individual offer may carry its own specific conditions.

Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount before withdrawing.

• A minimum odds requirement applies to bets placed with bonus funds (typically 1.50 or higher).
• The wagering completion deadline starts from the date the bonus is issued.
• Any attempt to withdraw a bonus before completing the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses across multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

Welcome Bonus

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the GT99App platform. Violations may result in account suspension as well as legal action:

• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities for risk-free profit.
• Money laundering: Any attempt to launder money through GT99App.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bots or automation: Placing bets or managing accounts using automated software.
• Platform Hacking: Unauthorized access to the system or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities.
• Third-party transactions: Operating an account or making payments on behalf of another person.

7Account Suspension & Closure

GT99App may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information
• If suspicious financial activity is detected
• Upon request by law enforcement authorities
• When a user requests account closure
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months)

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your GT99App account, notify the support team by email. All pending bets must be settled and any remaining balance withdrawn before the account can be closed.

Self-Exclusion
